Don't buy into the Chamkila crap. The film is more midder than Rockstar, with over-acting from both especially parineeti. Still Imtiaz fanboys have already deemed it to be a masterpiece. Just saw someone comparing it with Oppenheimer in terms of biopic.

Undoubtedly the best I've watched this year and will remain so. AR Rahman at his finest best yet again and who can extract this from him except for Imtiaz. Story telling is the major plus how it shuffles timelines, Dljith and Parineeti both top notch. Caste angle less explored.

#AmarSinghChamkila : is a MUST WATCH for its superb performances, soulful music & beautiful story telling. Imtiaz Ali is so back with a superb film to be remembered for years. Diljit & Parineeti did their best. Good work by ARR as well.
