Pheochromocytoma - Adrenal catecholamine-secreting tumor; s/s: HA,  sweating,  palpitations, tremors, vision chgs; PE: HTN, orthostasis; Dx: ↑24h urinary catecholamines & metanephrines, or ↑plasma metanephrines, CT or MRI; Rx: alpha-blocker prior to beta-blockade ->resection
