I think it still has some cringy moments, like little Ani and how he is falling in love with Padme and how he talks about the portaging… BUT yes it is definitely an underrated film. This introduced us into one of the best antagonists in the galaxy.

William Beyond Limits ( mysteries abound here ! ) My Dad was an avid canoer. He would go portaging every summer with my Uncle. The French river was a frequent route for them. I miss my Dad.  Gen XYZ United 2024 🇺🇸🇺🇦🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️ At least 5 times. Once when in MI portaging a canoe & backpacking one came into our camp we left in the canoe till it left. In Yosemite camping. Yellowstone 2 trips in our car. Once hiking in OR. Pretty sure they've been there other times but I make a lot of noise to avoid them
