Fantastic day at the Head of the Dee rowing event today for QPHROWING QUEEN’S PARK HIGH SCHOOL . Despite the freezing temperatures lots of funds raised thanks to our fab catering team and support from Chester Broughton 😊
I totally approve of stealing great ideas from other schools. We stole the idea of project books for our Super Curriculum from QUEEN’S PARK HIGH SCHOOL and Mr James is convincing Y8 to choose the History project in our launch assembly. Y7 projects were awesome. Let’s see what Y8 produce.

Phenomenal performances by all at QUEEN’S PARK HIGH SCHOOL including members of the band Radio Silence -Toby (huge acting and singing talent and great guitarist) and Henry ( superbly witty one liners and fab guitarist) were stars. Well done Matt Yeoman FCCT and everyone who made tonight happen.
Fabulous start to the year with our Y7 girls finishing as runners up in the C&D 5-a-side football. Our only defeat against an excellent QUEEN’S PARK HIGH SCHOOL… good luck in the next round ⚽️
Our Y12 Maths students had a brilliant day taking part in an AMSP - Advanced Mathematics Support Programme challenge day led by Martin Bamber from University of Liverpool. Our students were on both the winning teams. They were competing with 40 other students, so they did really well! Thank you for hosting QUEEN’S PARK HIGH SCHOOL
