This large 'pendant burial' (on the left) was one of the targets of excavation in . We managed to find some human remains inside, which we will radiocarbon date in a month or two. What date the remains come back as? Our evidence suggests this tomb is from 2500-2000 BCE!

Some individuals may be more than 2,000 years old.

As the species does not produce yearly rings, plant age is determined by radiocarbon dating.
