2084(hard clip)のプロファイリングする前に3D LUTでいったんSMPTE 2084(roll-off)を選んで、Content colorspaceをRec.2020、Preserve hueを100%にしてから、SMPTE 2084(hard clip)に戻してプロファイリングするのが良さげ。hard clipにはないこの設定がなぜか.ti3ファイルに書き込まれてるので。。
