? I actually don’t understand this. I’ve watched so many old small single family homes get knocked down and rebuilt into sprawling McMansions the same size as like 6 townhomes in NE Seattle lol. Where is the “wow” for that? Someone explain?

I don’t know why massive projects like this (looking at you Downsview) always start with the townhomes. If the city really wanted this to be successful, they should’ve started with the mixed-use portions. Of course no one wants to live there, the neighbourhood doesn’t exist yet!
