The Jobs Fair is an initiative championed by the Depart of Employment & Labour's Public Employment Services (PES) branch that seeks to create opportunities for work seekers and also provides a platform for them to interact with prospective employers.

'Hosting such events is key, as they allow platform for members of the public to come & learn about entrepreneurship support programmes,' said Minister for the DEL, Mr Thulas Nxesi while giving a broad aspect of the aim of the Jobs Fair initiatives.
