BMTC BMTC Conductor doesn’t give back remaining money, so they keep those money for himself? And what about passengers who travel daily and keep giving exact money and something i don’t have 5 coins to give as a fare, so they keep money for himself, conductor pocket ?

Today I was waiting at bus stop for the bus. Despite waiting for more than 20 minutes, several buses of the same route did not stop at the designated bus stop.
This behavior not only caused inconvenience but also resulted in a delay in my travel plans. BMTC
