Abraham Erik Johnson And this is the problem that you elided. Trying anything - CCI surgery, cyclophosphamide, IVIG, antivirals, etc - can also lead to lifelong damage in some. It's a difficult risk-reward calculation, and very few have access to a physician team who will try to navigate those risks.
