Clever approach from the Ciulli lab to do templated library synthesis of homo-degraders of VHL. Would be cool to see this extended to hetero-degraders of other targets.

Interesting application of the Coferon technology to degraders. Sort of question if any derived efficacy would come from the BRD4 ligand alone. And as usual I’d like to see non-BRD4 examples to bolster the case.
