i’m convinced that the more we take care of ourselves, the better our discernment gets. if it doesn’t align with who we are becoming, we know how to move far away from it.

Discernment really is a life saving skill. I unfollow 'spiritualist' who are always posting extremist takes about what's next. Some of them be on lives for 3 hours with hundreds in the comments. Cults are very popular right now.

The way people show up for you says alot about where you should position them in your life. Easy discernment.

just because people say things loud and confidently, it doesn’t mean they are right

discernment cannot be taught unfortunately
you either got it or you don’t or you learn through experience

the skill of discernment is at an all time low

When you get to a new/strange place, put your spirit of discernment to work. Ask The Holy Spirit to show you things that are more than meets the eye.

Also repeat same when you meet new people.
