Breakfast is served.

Egg and cheese quesadilla, organic plain yogurt mixed with flaxseed + chia seeds & drizzled with date syrup, and watermelon.

I ate the same. My own plate because mama’s deserve a nourishing meal too, not just toddler leftovers.
