Just a tip for people who read fanfic, don’t message people who write it and ask when the next chapter of something is coming out, especially when the writer has made it clear they are busy.

Pageant week update:

Competition starts tomorrow. Kid’s instrument broke. I broke it more.

We have no spares of this particular instrument. Time to play “how to become an instrument repair person real quick”.

Pageant week of HELL update:

First competitions are today. Big competitions are tomorrow. School policy states that students who are not in school today cannot attend tomorrow.

Really important soloist is out today.

I know a lot of people are a fan of Jo and Jack, and I was too a few years ago, but Jo has made leaps and bounds of personal progress in the past few seasons and while Jack is starting to get there, I just think he’s too immature for what she needs now.

Pageant week update:

I stayed at my colleague’s last night because she lives closer to my school than me. She lives on a farm.

It was a little unsettling waking up to fog so dense you couldn’t see, accompanied by mooing cows 😂

But in any case, IT’S FUCKING PAGEANT DAY. HELP.
