The Treasurer promises Relief, Restraint and Reform.

Relief = previous tax cuts, power subsidies & handouts.

Restraint= spending on TAFE, NDIS, Defence, Medicare, Child and Aged Care.

Reform = new tax changes

Will the spending, subsidies and handouts be inflationary?

How government planned to flog the idea that cost slashing to the NDIS was actually a good thing. They tested it through user testing groups and decided to spend millions on doing media and trotting round the countryside selling cuts.
