Michael Crick to Jacob Rees-Mogg: “I think if you went onto YouTube, you wouldn’t get even the meager advertising that you do get”

Crick goes on: “They [Ofcom] don’t regulate GB News so heavily because your viewing figures aren’t very high”

Shots fired 😂

'I’d like to make it clear that both GB News and I whole-heartedly reject this ruling and refuse to back down on our foundational principle, whether Ofcom likes it or not. GB News was always going to be an easy target. But I can assure you that we aren’t going anywhere.'

GB News broke broadcasting rules with People’s Forum: The Prime Minister.

We found GB News failed to preserve due impartiality in this case - a serious and repeated breach of our rules.

I'm surprised Ofcom have a problem with my People's Forum on GB News. It was no different to any other party political broadcast.

Rishi Sunak and GB News broke Ofcom broadcasting rules - 'a serious and repeated breach of our rules'

With Rishi Sunak choosing to breach regulation, when will Ofcom actually do something about the channel other than issue a missive?

I'm old enough to remember when Richard Tice completely lost his mind over calls to defund the police.

Now he wants to defund the BBC AND Ofcom. 🤣

He thinks rules should only apply to others.

What a plonker.

A new report says that since privatisation the private water companies have extracted £73 billion from us & paid it out to shareholders. The water regulator Ofcom says its only £53 billion. Thats ok then!

Anyone who opposes nationalisation & public ownership is defending this.

The double standards are eye-watering.

If you're on the left, you get a free pass. If you're on the right, they throw the book at you.

Ofcom is a joke. It needs to be scrapped!

GB News allowed real voters to question the Prime Minister (and they certainly didn’t give him an easy ride).

This, apparently, is unacceptable to Ofcom…

Ofcom is really quite cross with GB News and is seriously thinking about beginning to consider what to do about it theguardian.com/media/article/…

Scrap Ofcom. Scrap the licence fee. Let people watch what they want to watch. Let people fund who they want to fund.
