これの面白いところは、Pseudomonasは好気性菌だから撹拌前はペリクル状のコロニーを水面付近に形成してて、それ自体の色は淡い緑って程度なところ。
コロニーの中に色素をしっかり蓄えてるのがギャップ萌えですね。
最初なんの気無しに撹拌したらめちゃくちゃ鮮やかな緑出てきて声出た。
