The Prince and Princess of Wales at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre in Marlow today to attend a mental fitness workshop run by SportsAid during the week of World Mental Health Day.

Aside from early years sportsaid one of the Princess of Wales patronage helping young athletes and their mental well being.

SportsAid’s mission is to encourage, enable, and empower the next generation of athletes to achieve their ambitions in sport and life.

During the visit they joined sessions with young athletes and parents to see the support being offered by SportsAid to build their mental fitness.
