I got my hands on this beautiful purple cauliflower from Paul's Organic Veg at Cardiff Farmers Markets I. Roath, & used it to make an indulgent cauliflower cheese topped with Riverside Sourdough breadcrumbs, Fen Farm Dairy’s Baron Bigod (via Tŷ Caws), Cheddar, Parmesan & truffle oil…

…& it was lush! 💜

A delicious and insightful guided beer tasting with Lee from Terra Tempo at Pop'n'Hops yesterday. Build, Break and Search all drank like juicy IPAs with the additional complexity of a wild beer. They were nicely paired with a Tŷ Caws cheese selection.
