Someone needs to be held accountable and bonuses that were wrongfully paid should be returned immediately! This is another unacceptable scandal from Veterans Affairs. #VAFail

This is a testament to the fact that the VA can either be dedicated to the veterans their sworn to serve or the Bureaucracy, but never both. Whenever it falls to the latter, veterans are declined timely and quality healthcare and even worse die on waiting list. #VAFail

Practices like this at the VA are one of the many reasons veterans get left behind in a system that was made for them, NOT bureaucratic executives… #VAFail

Now more than ever, more Americans are dialed in to these debate issues & especially Concerned Veterans for America that served in combat zones across multiple theaters. Veterans that would come home to experience #VAFail after #VAFail for their Veterans Affairs health care.
