Amazing RPG game created and moderated by Collective Action in Tech ACM FAccT — the workers won !!! but everyone in the company was fired. So who won really? The takeaway is that if there had been a seat at the table for workers, a different outcome would have been achieved.

Absolutely the best session I attended ACM FAccT by presented by Meg Young 😤 this is my third time attending FAccT and I am so thankful that this paper elucidates some of the biggest reoccurring concerns and highlighting changes/call to action (s/o Collective Action in Tech)!!
