Today #FieldSelfCareStreak looked like calmly enjoying the last day of the conference while giving the almost last talk of the last session! (On the last day.) And there was even a non-zero number of attendees.
Flew into Chicago yesterday and today #FieldSelfCareStreak - ended up an excellent day all around. Made sure to get a predawn hotel treadmill session in before an almost 12 hour conference day. So many new ideas and new people! Loved it!
I’ve been sadly behind in posting! But I still keep at the #FieldSelfCareStreak … this week involved cheery holiday lights in the face of dreary weather and maintaining at least a little bit of fitness.
Hooray! It’s #FieldSelfCareStreak time again!!! Today mine was stopping to fully grok the luminous fall colours during my run. So amazing.

Two parts to today’s #FieldSelfCareStreak : 1) putting up a Slinky as a squirrel baffle in the backyard. Online fancy “squirrel war” version = $30, simple basic Slinky = $5. Now we wait. Hoping the sparrows accept it. Part 2) making homemade ravioli with my best other. Priceless.
Today #FieldSelfCareStreak looked like booking flights for a trip to a new country, for an adventure with my best other, Just Because. Oh and braving the hordes at the gym.
Today #FieldSelfCareStreak was really all about hiding from the yuck falling out of the sky. On April 12!!!
