Most workplaces are a replica of dysfunctional family systems. It has to start at home. Unconscious parenting breeds unconscious adults who become unconscious leaders.

I sit here in this office waiting for people to come in from the courts. Occasionally, we get the awesome walk in where someone just wants help.

I want to be able to go to these people. I want to try and help them before the courts put them in a meat grinder.
