A very important issue, I love the idea of a national uniform. I've worked for a number of different trusts and found it confusing that the matrons in one Trust wore the same uniforms as the dieticians in another. Think of what it its like for patients 🤯

My ward manager told me yesterday that I'm far harder on myself than he ever would be. I suppose that's what years of being made to believe you're not good enough to achieve anything has done to me. Lots of struggles with confidence and self doubt creeping in 🥴

Witnessed some absolutely incredible team work yesterday from my team at NorthumbriaNHS every person pulled together to keep patients safe, well and continued to ensure timely discharges. We all came out smiling too 🙌

Just finished my first week at NorthumbriaNHS 😊. Everyone has been so welcoming, kind and patient whilst I learn the ropes. Very excited to see what the future holds for me.
