Man, I slept hard last night! I still have a sleep deficit, but I’m going to do the same thing tonight that I did last night. Take my OTC sleep aid at dinner. Then take a hot shower so that I’m relaxed & ready to sleep as soon as it kicks in.

This time last Monday, we’d just picked Jack up from boarding at his vet’s & we were on our way home from our eclipse watching trip. 💔

Came home from work & walked into my room. Automatically, I looked for Jack on my bed (always checked first thing that he was okay). And now I’m sobbing. 😭 💔
