I sincerely hope that Inverness Airport carry out a review of how they deal with flight cancellations following last night's fiasco where it took them nearly 3 hours to arrange overnight accommodation for little more than 30 passengers from a cancelled Loganair INV - SYY flight.

Eastern Airways UK Flybe ✈ disgraceful treatment of the Sty to Abdn passenger. Misleading claim that 120% increase in flights ‘only’ gave 50% increase in passengers. A more modest 20% improvement to the schedule would have got you near 50% passenger increase. Please pull out
