What an honour to receive the Marsh Charitable Trust for #Ornithology from an ornithologist I greatly admire: juliet vickery. It has been a pleasure to work with many BTO staff using data collected by thousands of volunteers. Special thanks to Phil Atkinson for the Movetech Telemetry work
The first of this year's BTO Marsh Charitable Trust is the Marsh Award for Ornithology, which goes to Aldina Franco. Aldina has been at the forefront of work studying migration and dispersal for many years. She works tirelessly for conservation and the ornithological research community.
Two ecology posts with the Nature & Science Team at National Trust: national role in Peatland restoration and management; 2nd leading for NT on Biodiversity Net Gain in England.
