I wonder what they’d do if a white Republican intentionally mispronounced Donna’s name & then told her to return “home.” 😂

Wait till the AIs take over and bring us humans under control.

Human politics and backstabbing is destructive

Could it be that AI has indeed achieved AGI and had Sam Altman fired?

Think about it, the first thing the AGIs would do is to eliminate everyone who could build the defenses against them, in other words its creators.

Watching Satya Nadella's announcements on AI chips, ..

It is amazing how Microsoft, the dinosaur, has become the eagle that Google was. And how Google seems to have become the dinosaur.

Have a case study in 'From Incremental to Exponential' about Microsoft's transformation

The Chinese economy is a sinking ship. People hyping it were delusional.

As I've long been saying, we have more to worry about in the fall of China than its rise because it's government is going to become more repressive and evil to suppress the resulting dissent.

To learn the nightmare of trying to innovate at a big company like Google, read this blog by shreyans bhansali about being acquired.

To me, this seems worse than working for government. :-(

Only people who can be happy are the ones who work 3 hours a week.

Very interesting debate about whether AI is doing more of the same or is creating potent new abilities to do harm.

The problem is that we have good and evil at the same time--as with every technology since the beginning of time...such as fire.

The very purpose of spirituality is self-discipline. Rather than criticizing others, we should evaluate and criticize ourselves. Ask yourself, what am I doing about my anger, my attachment, my pride, my jealousy? These are the things we should check in our day to day lives.

There is no such thing as:
“Social Justice”
“Racial Justice”
“Brown Justice”
“White Justice”
“Tan Justice”
”Christian Justice”
“Jewish Justice”
“Muslim Justice”
“Hindu Justice”
“Straight Justice”
“Gay Justice”
There is only EQUAL JUSTICE.
Anything else is injustice!

5. Good health comes from eating foods grown in nature. If it is natural and you clean it well and most of it is local, even the argument of organic versus non organic is a lesser evil. I promise you ultra processed foods are worse than food grown in a farm that is not organic.

4. Lifestyle disease are reversible. The answer is in the name. They are 'lifestyle' diseases. Which means if 'you change your lifestyle', outcomes will change. Not if you water fast for 7 days and take NAD+ as an IV.

3. Age, history, disease, gender, ethnicity do not matter. Regardless, you can be free of disease because your body renews all the time. 5 million cells per second are made, as an example.

2. Good health is an outcome of complete balanced nutrition, exercise, adequate sleep, low toxicity, breathing and meditation. We all want instant coffee, but good health is an outcome of slow progressive change for the better. It is drudgery not magic.

1. Your body craves balance. Balance does not come through fads or quick fixes. Instead it comes by changing the way you live your life. Such a life is easy, not hard. Don't let any fool you into thinking otherwise.
