Imagine if we always started with the person, their family & their community rather than the silo transaction of a service. This is what the #WiganDeal was all about. Across the Council & across all services: Children’s & Adult social care, NHS, housing, police, DWP & 3rd sector

Signs of a high trust team:

- people have each other’s backs at all times.
- praise always goes to the originator of the idea or the work.
- achievements are celebrated together.
- when things go wrong, shared responsibility & action is taken.
- scapegoating doesn’t happen.
