'No Country for Old Men' (2007) is a perfect film. As perfect as a film can be, at least. Despite a modest budget, tight 2hr runtime, and no score it feels heavy, expansive, and complete. I've read more about NCFOM than any other film, here are some things I found interesting:

Spielberg is not only the greatest filmmaker who ever lived, he is like the avatar of filmmaking, born into this life pretty much a master, a filmmaker who has perfect instincts and understanding of the craft. You can't learn to be Spielberg.

I was skeptical, but I admit I’ve been converted by the Vision Pro (at least for now). Watching movies with it is awesome. It’s a really good image. And I can have a freaking imax screen in my living room! It is a solo experience, but that’s usually how I watch movies at home.
