The Greens give up on green targets and brand it as vindication of the Greens. Utter tosh. The acceleration he speaks of is more consultations, pilots and working groups. Itโ€™s a fig leaf to hide the failure to deliver.

I have repeatedly raised long waiting times for disability payments and am glad that they have now fallen and are broadly in line with those of PIP. I pressed the social justice secretary on what steps have been taken to ensure that people won't face long waiting time again.

I have heard from too many school pupils and their parents that they don't feel safe at school. Teachers need resources and a clear approach which balances understanding with boundaries and consequences for behaviour.

The education committee has heard from care-experienced children who were angry about the lack of progress in living up to the Promise.

I asked the Children and Young People's Commissioner about that anger at the committee today.

After a lot of work with Victim Support Scotland, Scottish Government and 3 SNP MSPs I have just lodged an amendment to give victims new information rights through the Childrenโ€™s Hearing System. The vote is next week but this is a big step in the right direction.

For someone who has escaped the wicked regime in Eritrea, made it through Libya, crossed the Mediterranean Sea and travelled the length of Europe, a 0.5% chance of being sent to Rwanda will not deter them from crossing the Channel.

This is a colossal waste of taxpayers' money.

The SNP promised to provide a free bike to every child in Scotland who can't afford one by 2026, but so far only 3% of children in poverty have received one.

Patrick Harvie repeatedly dodged questions and refused to say whether that promise would be met.

The mass drone attack on Israel by Iran is dangerous and escalatory. It is right the UK and our allies have condemned it and that the UN Security Council is meeting today. Make no mistake - setting the region alight helps no one.

This is true - I ran through the number of contributions made by every MSP over the last year.

Willie Rennie made the most contributions in the Holyrood chamber over that time... while Nicola Sturgeon made the fewest with just four.

For years SNP politicians have claimed that they would create a sovereign wealth fund, but when they received hundreds of millions of pounds from leasing Scotland's seabed for offshore wind farms, they used it to make up for their mismanagement of the public finances.

It looks like David Tydeman was sacked by the SNP for telling uncomfortable truths.

We need an urgent statement to the Scottish Parliament.

Itโ€™s time for the government to stop the scapegoating, explain what is going on at the yard and accept some accountability itself.

It looks like David Tydeman, the boss of Ferguson Marine, was sacked by for telling uncomfortable truths about the delayed and overbudget ferries.

He was upfront about further costs and delays, but it seems the government didnโ€™t like that and decided to shoot the messenger.

I have heard the concern of parents in Newburgh and Newport after the closure of after school childcare provision.

The government has a bigger role that ever in the childcare sector and that comes with the responsibility to ensure that it is sustainable.
