Genuinely breathtaking what a low bar the NHS has for 'Junior' Doctors that simply getting paid the correct amount at the right time is considered an improvement.

Being paid accurately is not a perk.

It’s the bare minimum, legal expectation, from an employer.

I know we moan a lot but it's actually great to see the NHS taking serious steps to improve doctors' working lives 👏

How can the GMC regulate PAs when a Dr has to return to the patient + repeat the hx + examination?

How can NHS Trusts continue to pay a PA salary when all their work has to be repeated by a lesser paid Dr?
