Here we go again BBC News (UK) spouting hype about a non-story. Yes, like all types of vehicle, EVs can catch fire but they are statistically much, much less likely to do so. Fires caused by or involving the traction battery are also only a small percentage of the EV fires. Just stop!

Happy Easter 🐣
Poll predicts Tories will have JUST 98 SEATS after the GE.
In The Times and The Sunday Times MRP poll (most accurate form of polling) from Best for Britain gives Labour 468 seats and Conservatives just 98 😂😂
I've said for a year that we're targeting Tories getting 70
Inspired by a Rachael 🏳️🌈 retweet.
What do you think of the UK Net Zero targets?
(If you can retweet it would be appreciated so a large dataset can be achieved)
Another brilliant bit of service from Octopus Energy the numbers on my app weren’t quite adding up so I sent a DM on here and received a response within minutes suggesting that I reinstall the app. Within a few seconds everything was back looking like it should! Superb! 🐙🐙
Great to see that Ofgem and the BBC are catching up with reality!! Greg Jackson what do you think? Might this be possible?
Question for BCH Road Policing Unit. Cambourne now has a blanket 20mph speed limit which must have cost a fortune to implement but nothing seems to be done to enforce the limit. This evening, walking the dog, in wet conditions I estimated the average speed of cars to be >30mph some >40!
I’m sure Greg Jackson will have other opinions on this!! Surely if we can’t get renewables connected to the grid for the next 13 years we will struggle to get new gas generation connected as well? This govt. are too connected with fossil fuel!!
Not sure who to report to but BCH Road Policing Unit South Cambridgeshire I just saw a gritting lorry driving down Monkfield Lane, Cambourne at what I estimated to be at least 35mph in the 20mph zone (I.e. the whole town). Perhaps he hasn’t noticed the hundreds of 20 limit signs?!?
