Nine years ago today Ystradgynlais youth lifted the Welsh bowl at the Millennium stadium

A win over Wattstown with points coming from the boot of Iwan Evans and our clubs first ever try at the national stadium from Elliott Myles. Da iawn Sheriff. Great times

Following on from last nights successful under 14s final. We are thrilled that our 12s, 15s and 16s all have finals to look forward to. All support welcome, Blue future 🔵⚪️🔵

Good luck to Lowri, a parent of one of our under 8s who is running the London Marathon this weekend. A truly heroic effort from her after her cancer treatment. She held a successful fundraising night at our club recently and we wish her all the best for Sunday 👏

Tonight we meet to talk and walk around the area. You never know who you will meet and connect with. Walking is great for our physical and mental health, especially from middle age onwards.

Where all 17 players put in hell of a display. Our defence was outstanding, with Dylan flattening everyone that got in his path. Our winner was outstanding, scoring 2 trys and getting us out of trouble

It's FINAL EVE! Our under 14s side head to Seven Sisters tomorrow for their final against Glynneath. The game kicks off at 6.45pm. The boys would love to see our supporters cheer them on so please pop over and get behind them if you can.

We have a great tradition of inviting Syrians from our community into our rugby family. This morning it was great to see a young Ukrainian boy in Blue and White. Rugby has no borders or barriers, all are welcome to play. We offer a particular warm welcome here at Ystradgynlais

It is with great privilege that we have been asked to share the funeral arrangements of former tight head and player of the year Martin Jones

Family and friends will be gathering at Ystradgynlais RFC after the Service to remember one of our communities best

The season comes to an end. There were highs and there were lows but when it’s all said & done we are the highest we have been for 21 years. We will look to improve on that next year. We stayed away & supported our hosts & we fed those who visited us well. Its been an experience
