Cannot believe I’m completing my final PhD interviews from my 11 month longitudinal study looking a newly registered mental health nurses.. then for the small task of writing up a thesis 😱😲🤓

Lived exp is not just sharing your story for others to hear the trauma, it’s using it to help with strategic decision making, setting agendas for change, informing how things should be designed, shaping priorities to align with communities.
