366daychallenge The Okonomiyaki I had at Teppan Baby, Shinjuku, Tokyo back in June. Layers of noodles, egg, cabbage, avocado, king prawns topped with okonomiyaki sauce, Kewpie mayonnaise, bonito flakes & pickled ginger. Washed down with Kirin beer. Magic.
