Every stop isn't the same. This driver was stopped for a traffic offence.
What the officers found was an elderly driver that couldn't find his way home. He was missing for 12 hours.
The family was relieved when they got the good news from 43 Division officers.

Video surveillance is a great investigative tool but it rarely deters a determined criminal. It is one piece of a crime prevention puzzle. Consider placing indoor cameras so they capture faces. Our investigators often receive this type of footage that makes an id difficult.
