This week -after a ferry flight of 16+ hrs- our ✈️✈️ #A330MRTT and 8× 🇳🇱F-35 from #322FS & #313FS safely arrived Nellis Air Force Base 🇺🇸. We now continue with the preparation phase of exercise #redflagnellis
Combined expertise is the key to our success 💪

Two weeks after our first „dry contact“ with the 🇨🇿 Gripen, we met again for our first joint #AAR training.

5 fighters conducted 32 successful contacts with our #A330MRTT ✈️

Another Strategic Evacuation last night✈️. A BEL 🇧🇪 soldier was transported from Kinshasa Congo to Cologne. From there, a medical helicopter transported him to a hospital 🏥 in Brussels. We wish our BEL comrade a fast recovery.

A great day to meet our MMU/MMF partner 🇨🇿CZE for the 1st time. Today CZE Gripen ✈️ made their 1st 'dry contact' to our #A330MRTT
CZE is one of our six partner nations within the #MMU .

A second ✈️ of the #MMU has safely returned from Tel Aviv.
The multinational team of pilots, cabin attendants & technicians on board of our #A330MRTT ✈️ departed from our FOB+ in Cologne and returned 223 passengers safely to their friends & families.

We are happy to have reunited 199 passengers with their families.

Today, we flew another mission for #FrisianFlag2023 . Aircraft and helicopters from 7 countries participate in the international exercise hosted by Vliegbasis Leeuwarden. #MMU is tasked to refuel jets ⛽️✈️ above the North Sea.

Today, for the first time, we conducted a #MedEvac Mission for our 🇳🇱partners and retrieved a 🇳🇱soldier from Bergen to Eindhoven. Medical Personnel took care of the patient during the flight (stock photos)✈️ #A330MRTT

On Sunday 10 September, the #MMU saluted all visitors of the Belgian 🇧🇪 Air Force days.
Participating in a flying formation, the #A330MRTT approached the airfield in Kleine-Brogel for a flyby ✈️

Our strength is not only limited in air miles ✈️. On solid ground #MMU members also show their excellence 👏
Last week in a combined AMC Eindhoven detachement, 8 of or members finished the '4-daagse' March of Nijmegen. Congratulations - Great job 💪👣🏁

On Sunday 23 July (1st official mission), the #A330MRTT MEDEVAC departed out of Cologne to retrieve a 🇩🇪soldier from Niamey to Hamburg. An on-board ⚕️medical team of Sanitätsdienst der Bundeswehr & Team Luftwaffe took care of the patient during the flight from Niamey to Hamburg. (stock photos)
