I’m glad the Help Not Harm bill passed and is headed to become law. Protecting kids from harmful “gender affirming care” isn’t a hard concept. I’m on several multistate efforts defending these laws in other states, and we’ll defend it here if necessary. Kids must be protected.

Jack, it would greatly impact SC schools. It requires schools that receive federal funds, including SC, let those who identify as the opposite sex use bathrooms/locker rooms of their choice & requires use of preferred pronouns, compelling speech. Don't comply? Lose federal funds.

Biden's using federal overreach to force his woke agenda. Congress has had 50 years to amend Title IX to change the definition of sex to include gender identity, but they haven't. We won't stop fighting against his unlawful attacks on protections for women & girls in schools.

We sued Biden over his unlawful changes to Title IX. Title IX exists to protect women and provide them equal opportunity in education and athletics, and I can't believe that is under attack. But I'm committed to fighting back as long as it takes.

Currently, we don't have the ability to properly care for the hundreds of minor victims of human trafficking in our state. There's only one emergency shelter for them. Often, minor victims are returned to communities where the trafficking initially occurred. That needs to change.

We led a panel this morning about AI CSAM & how we can protect children from digital exploitation. A knife, gun, or hammer in the right hands is a useful tool. But in the wrong hands, it's a dangerous weapon. It's the same with AI. We need to update our laws to protect our kids.
