A4: Options and time for interacting with and reflection on the learning are base ingredients for the perfect PD. #CrazyPLN

A3: My favorite things in school PD are activities that revolve around reminding educational professionals why they chose to put their time and energy into creating activities and environments for students to learn. Those reminders make the PD learning more purposeful. #CrazyPLN

A2: Similarly to being in the classroom, building in time for purposeful interaction with the content or skills being learned is important. Chunking ideas and directions into smaller sections can be helpful, so that learners don't become overwhelmed or distracted. #CrazyPLN

A1: I am new to the district, so I am not currently involved in PD yet. I have PD to offer (Teach with A SMILE, Say Cheese! An ARTISAN Approach to Education, and Simulate to Stimulate), but I want to soak in some learning and observation first before I share. #CrazyPLN
