Thank you ASiT for highlighting the impact of surgical training on wellbeing. Our census report also found trainees need more access to operating theatres. We look forward to meeting with you to discuss the report and working together to improve training.

This is the first of two reports- looking at the costs surgical trainees face. It is a sobering read, but it’s important we collect and present this data to influence change.
