Both teams were back in training camp to start preparations for the 23/24 season

The camp focused on preseason physical testing and getting the ball back in the hands.

It’s great to have our GB7s crew back together and the excitement for the upcoming season is building!

Our two squads for the Hamburg 7s this weekend as part of Rugby Europe championship.

Both sides packed with young & exciting talent, it’s set to be a great finish to the season.
