These are the correct reserves for a USD fiat-backed stablecoin.

You can see my handiwork if you look at Paxos transparency reports in 2022, but here's the basic thrust:

1 - Bank deposits are useful but dangerous. Handle with care.

2 - T-bills are good but ironically less
