Thanks to the generous support of @AirlinkFlight, United Airlines and Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT, our next rotation of Rapid Response Teams has arrived safely in Romania and are getting ready to pack thousands of food hampers for families in Ukraine affected by the war.

Airlink is closely monitoring the rapidly spreading #SmokehouseCreekWildfire in the Texas Panhandle and positioning to support travel for responding partners. Now ranking as the state's 2nd largest blaze in history, its threat to residents' safety and health is deeply concerning.

From Toronto to Kenya, our volunteers are taking flight to join our the rest of the team. Big thanks to our airline partners, @AirlinkFlight, United Airlines, and americanair, for helping us reach our destination.

Taskforce Kiwi are with REACT and Disaster Relief Australia in Vanuatu on the island of Malekula to assess dozens of schools impacted by severe weather events, including Cyclone Lola in late 2023. Thank you @airlinkflight and @flyairvanuatu for getting the team there.

Thank you to the volunteers who helped us pack Family Emergency Kits this weekend. Today we sent 900 kits to the airport. Our partners @AirlinkFlight will fly them to Europe so they can quickly be distributed to Ukrainian families affected by the war.

Thanks to a generous donation from Amazon Disaster Relief of over 300,000 urgently needed medical supplies, we coordinated a shipment on behalf of MedShare and IslamicRelief Canada to Tripoli, #Libya . This aid will help 12,500 people in need of assistance following the Derna floods.

Last week, @AirlinkFlight flew 900 of our Family Emergency Kit to Europe and they have already been trucked to Ukraine. These kits are ready to provide families affected by the war with access to clean drinking water, hygiene items and a solar light.

Critical infrastructure has been damaged throughout the war in Ukraine and many people lack sufficient access to clean drinking water. With the support of @AirlinkFlight, we are flying another 900 Emergency Kits with water purification units to Europe to help families in Ukraine.

Villages affected by the earthquake that struck Morocco in September are still in need of aid. Yesterday, @AirlinkFlight flew two more of our Rapid Response Team members to Morocco to continue our work on food, water, hygiene and shelter programs for affected communities.
