In last 11th BPS, while signing Joint Note , IBA was agreed for #5DaysBanking and said to take Up with Govt for approval as residual issue of settlement.

But even after 5 Yrs, nothing happened! So there is no meaning of adding same cause in current BPS, repeating same mistake.
