Terrific visit to Oban Lifeboat Station, seeing their new boat and meeting Coxswain Ally, mechanic Tom and the team.

In the RNLI’s 200th year, it was also an opportunity to pay tribute to crews across the country who go above and beyond to save lives and keep our waters safe.

Fantastic visit to Scottish Association for Marine Science near Oban this morning with Tim Eagle MSP and Amanda Hampsey.

Great to see their robotics facility, seaweed nursery and collection of live cultures as well as learning more about their world-leading marine research and teaching.

In Argyll & Bute, voters have been ignored by an SNP Government distracted from the real priorities, like vital local ferry services.

People can only beat the SNP here by voting for Amanda Hampsey and the Scottish Conservatives at the upcoming General Election.

Great visits in the West of Scotland today with Pam Gosal MBE MSP.

Our first stop was @aggreko in Dumbarton, a Scottish success story where we met apprentices and toured the factory.

Then it was on to Tweedie, award-winning producers of tweed and leather products in Helensburgh.

In Argyll, Bute and South Lochaber – and key seats across Scotland – we are the only party that can beat the SNP and get the focus on your real priorities.

Enjoying the beauty of Beinn Narnain on a rare day off. A wonderfully warm day, but there’s still plenty of deep snow at the top! I feel truly blessed to live in an area with such spectacular views.
