We need a housing package that addresses the housing crisis and doesn’t leave families behind.

A deal like this would prioritize the profits of wealthy landlords over the needs of working class tenants.

It’s a big-time no.

This is a slap in the face to tenants.

This would be the weakest #GoodCause in the country, denying hundreds of thousands of renters basic protections from predatory landlords.

Governor Kathy Hochul, Sen. Stewart-Cousins, and Carl E. Heastie: this is a giveaway to real estate.
