People often think the most important part of science is the statistical analysis.

But they’re wrong.

The most important part is understanding the data. Who collected it, when, where, why, how, and from whom? Who entered and cleaned it, when, where, why, how, and for whom?

What resonated with me the most was 'Be kind to yourself and others.' in building positive culture. As we get stressed and burnt out, it is easy to take others for granted. We are also our own worst critics, and we need to change that negative inside voice.
