This morning, I shall, on behalf of Uganda Rugby Union, move a motion for Parliament of Uganda to pay tribute to Uganda for winning the bid to host Africa Cup for two consecutive years (2024, 2025), including the World Cup Qualifier games in 2025 in Kampala.

I had the privilege of attending the inauguration of the 2024 Buganda Road Primary School prefectorial body as a Chief Guest where I served as a Head Prefect some 21 years ago!

Also in attendance was Dr. Nicholas Niwenshaba who served as Minister of Education then

Government should prioritise, in a timely manner, roads that have undergone feasibility studies so as to save Government of Uganda from paying heavily while compensating Project Affected Persons (PAPs) due to delays & resultant appreciation of land.
