Great review of Jenni Nuttall's (Jenni Nuttall's) book 'Mother Tongue' by Mary Wellesley in the LRB. Jenni died in January, and I would love more people to buy and read her book.

I was shocked and saddened to see this news earlier today. Jenni was a wonderful, clever woman with whom I grew up as a teenager in Mid Wales. I am so very sad that her fantastic book, Mother Tongue, was her last. It should just have been the beginning.
